2. Products & Availability

• Most of our items are sold on a pre-order basis, unless marked as in-stock.
• Product images are for illustration purposes only. Colors and details may vary slightly due to lighting, screen display, or manufacturing variations.
• Availability is subject to change. If a product is unavailable after you order, we will notify you and provide an alternative or refund.

3. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR), unless stated otherwise.
• We accept Advance Payments, Full Payments, and Advance + Cash on Delivery (COD).
• Customers choosing COD must settle the balance upon delivery. Failure to do so may result in refusal of future orders.
• Shirt Shack reserves the right to update prices without prior notice.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Islandwide Delivery: Free across Sri Lanka.
• International Shipping: Available upon request; costs will be informed beforehand.
• Delivery Timelines:
  • Pre-orders: 10–20 days from confirmation.
  • In-stock items: 1–3 working days.
• Express Delivery: Same-day delivery available through PickMe Flash/Uber (charges apply).

5. Returns & Exchanges

• Returns are only accepted if:
  • The item has a factory defect.
  • An incorrect size/specification was sent due to our mistake.
  • The item is unused, unworn, and returned with tags intact.
• Returns are not accepted for wrong size selection or change of mind.
• Refunds or exchanges will only be processed after inspection of the returned item.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must provide accurate details (name, address, phone number) when placing an order.
• Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size based on provided size charts.
• Any misuse of COD or repeated cancellations may result in account suspension.

• All images, logos, and content on Shirt Shack platforms are the property of Shirt Shack and cannot be used without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Shirt Shack is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or events beyond our control.
• We are not liable for minor variations in product colors, sizing, or design.

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
• Any disputes will be handled under Sri Lankan jurisdiction.
