When Can You Return or Exchange?

We only accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The item has a clear factory defect or manufacturing error.
  • An incorrect size, style, or specification was sent due to our mistake.
  • The item is unused, unworn, and returned with original tags intact.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or Instagram DM within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Share clear images or videos of the issue for quick verification.
  3. Once approved, return the item in its original condition and packaging.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • After we receive and inspect the product, you may choose either a:
    • Refund (processed to your original payment method).
    • Exchange (your replacement will be added to our next pre-order lot, and we’ll notify you once it arrives).

Important Notes

  • Returns are not accepted if you:
    • Ordered the wrong size by mistake.
    • Changed your mind after placing the order.
  • Shipping costs for returns may apply unless the issue was caused by us.
  • All decisions regarding returns and exchanges are subject to final approval by Shirt Shack.
