1. Delivery Coverage

  • Islandwide Shipping (Sri Lanka): We offer delivery across Sri Lanka for a flat rate.
  • International Shipping: Available upon request. Additional charges and timelines will apply based on the destination. Please contact us directly to arrange international orders.

2. Order Processing & Timelines

  • Pre-Order Items:
    Many of our products are sold on a pre-order basis. These orders typically take 10–20 days to ship from the date of confirmation. If there are any unexpected delays, our team will notify you immediately.
  • In-Stock Items:
    Items available in stock will be dispatched within 1–3 working days.

3. Delivery Options

  • Standard Delivery: Handled via trusted courier services.
  • Same-Day Delivery: If you need your order urgently, share your Order ID with us and we can arrange PickMe Flash or Uber Delivery. Please note, the delivery fee will be paid by the customer directly to the courier.

4. Payment Options & Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Customers choosing Advance + COD can pay a portion of the total upfront and settle the remaining balance upon delivery.
  • Full prepayment is also available via secure online transfer or bank deposit.

5. Tracking & Notifications

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation message with tracking details (where applicable).
  • Our team will also keep you informed in case of any unavoidable delays.
